Ingredients#
- 5 oz low fat natural yogurt (5oz = 150g)
- 8 almonds, chopped
- 1 handful grapes, sliced
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp maple syrup

Instructions#
- Pour yogurt into the jar. 5 oz low fat natural yogurt
- Add almonds , grapes , cinnamon to the yogurt. 8 almonds, chopped, 1 handful grapes, sliced, ½ tsp cinnamon
- Drizzle maple syrup on top. Done! ½ tsp maple syrup
