If we’re going to make a dip, we should do it properly. And this Persian cucumber dip is doing things properly.
You take a classic, refreshing yogurt dip – then elevate it to the next level.
We start with a creamy Greek yogurt then get the traditional grated cucumber and ripped mint leaves in there.
Next you throw a handful of raisins in to give the dip more texture, and then bam! You surprise everyone with chopped walnuts and drizzle of olive oil over the top – finally garnished with a few more chopped mint leaves to really finish things off.
