Give the mushrooms a quick wash. Slice length-ways and add to a pan with olive oil on medium heat, frying for about five-six minutes. Add a dash of water as well. 9 oz mushrooms, 2 tsp olive oil

Add the cream cheese , salt and pepper , parsley , soy and Worcestershire sauce. 3.5 oz low fat cream cheese, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp parsley, fresh, Salt and pepper to taste, 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (vegetarian)
Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for another five minutes. If the texture is too thick add a little bit of water .
