Ingredients

  • ½ cup bulgur
  • 1 can kidney beans (15oz /435g)
  • 1 handful baby leaf salad
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tsp agave syrup (or honey)
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ tsp thyme, dried (dried)
  • Salt to taste

Optional

  • 1-2 tsp ras el hanout spice mix

Instructions

  • Cook the bulgur according to package instructions. Add a pinch of salt and ras el hanout . ½ cup bulgur, Salt to taste, 1-2 tsp ras el hanout spice mix
  • Drain and rinse the beans . 1 can kidney beans
  • Wash the lamb’s lettuce . 1 handful baby leaf salad
  • Peel and cut the orange . 1 orange
  • Off it goes into a bowl.
  • Add the bulgur too.
  • Mix the mustard , agave syrup (or honey ), olive oil , balsamic vinegar , water, thyme and salt in a small bowl. Then stir into the salad. 1 tsp agave syrup, 2 tsp mustard, 3 tsp olive oil, 3 tsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp water, ½ tsp thyme, dried, Salt to taste
