Cook the bulgur according to package instructions. Add a pinch of salt and ras el hanout . ½ cup bulgur, Salt to taste, 1-2 tsp ras el hanout spice mix
Drain and rinse the beans . 1 can kidney beans
Wash the lamb’s lettuce . 1 handful baby leaf salad
Peel and cut the orange . 1 orange
Off it goes into a bowl.
Add the bulgur too.
Mix the mustard , agave syrup (or honey ), olive oil , balsamic vinegar , water, thyme and salt in a small bowl. Then stir into the salad. 1 tsp agave syrup, 2 tsp mustard, 3 tsp olive oil, 3 tsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp water, ½ tsp thyme, dried, Salt to taste
