Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. ½ cup quinoa
Chop the cheese and add with the salad mix and chickpeas to a large bowl. ¾ cups chickpeas, cooked, 1 handful salad mix, 3 oz low fat feta cheese
Mix the honey , oil , lemon juice, raisins and water in a small bowl. 1 small handful raisins, 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 2 tbsp water
Add the cumin , chili flakes, salt and pepper to the dressing bowl and mix well. ½ tsp cumin, ground, ¼ tsp chili flakes, Salt and pepper to taste
Mix in the cooked quinoa.
Drizzle devilishly delicious dressing over the salad.
